About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of store.fofus.in and any order you place with FOFUS, operated by GNI Labs LLP, registered in Kerala, India. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these Terms.

Ordering

Products are made to order. When you place an order, we begin production after payment is confirmed. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp; we may decline an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a design is not printable) with a full refund of any amount paid. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact number.

Custom designs and ownership

When you upload a 3D model or share a custom design with us, the intellectual property in that design belongs to you, the customer. We claim no ownership over customer-supplied designs. We use your files only to produce your order, and we will not sell, reproduce, or display them without your permission. You confirm that you hold the rights to any design you submit.

Production timelines

Production and delivery timelines shown on product pages, quotes, or in messages are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Made-to-order printing can be affected by printer availability, material supply, reprints for quality checks, and courier delays. If a delay is significant, we will keep you informed through email or WhatsApp.

Prohibited designs

We do not print designs that are unsafe, unlawful, or infringing. Orders will be refused and refunded (minus any completed work where applicable) for designs that:

• are weapons, firearm parts, or components intended to harm people;
• infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, or patent;
• are obscene, hateful, or otherwise unlawful in India;
• we cannot legally or safely manufacture at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in INR and must be paid in full before production starts, through the payment methods offered at checkout or Razorpay links shared by our team. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Returns and refunds

Because every item is custom-made, returns are limited to our Refund Policy. In short: replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective, reported within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping

We ship across India. Estimated delivery windows and our made-to-order lead times are described in the Shipping Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FOFUS's total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to you under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala. Questions? Email reventer@fofus.in.
