Who we are

FOFUS ("we", "us") is operated by GNI Labs LLP, registered in Kerala, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data when you browse or place an order on store.fofus.in, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Data we collect

• Contact and delivery details: name, phone number, email address, and shipping or billing address.
• Order details: products purchased, order value, payment status, and order history.
• Design files you upload for custom 3D printing (STL, 3MF, OBJ, PLY) and the notes you attach to them.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data

We use your personal data only for order fulfilment and related purposes: processing payments, producing and shipping your order, providing customer support over email and WhatsApp, sending order and delivery updates, keeping records required by Indian tax and consumer-protection law, and improving our store. We do not use your data for unrelated purposes without your consent.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or other payment credentials. Razorpay processes payment data under its own privacy policy and RBI guidelines.

Sharing of data

We share personal data only with parties needed to run the store: courier and logistics partners for delivery, our payment gateway for transactions, and service providers who help us operate the website under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose data where required by Indian law or valid orders from authorities.

We never sell or rent your personal data. Your details are not shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Uploaded design files

3D files you upload are used solely to quote and manufacture your order. They are not shared with other customers, sold, or used in marketing. You keep ownership of your designs; see our Terms of Service for details. Files may be retained to support reorders or warranty claims, and you can ask us to delete them.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and session working and to understand how the store is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect checkout.

Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory record-keeping for invoices and accounts. We apply reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transport and access controls to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take data protection seriously.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your personal data, or withdraw a consent you previously gave, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period required by law. To exercise any right, email reventer@fofus.in.

Grievance officer

If you have a privacy concern or complaint, contact our grievance officer for GNI Labs LLP at reventer@fofus.in. We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it within 30 days, as required under the DPDP Act.
